This is our best quality, largest garlic cloves selected for planting. 1 lb is approximately 5 heads (30 cloves). We have saving the finest cloves to plant for over 20 years resulting in large, robust, flavorful heads that store exceptionally well. The parent stock is German Extra Hardy but we now have named it Earth Care Farm garlic due to the larger size and purple streaks it now has. Limited quantities. The price includes shipping.
