Fermenting At Home

Fermented Foods are not only good for you, they're easy to make at home. We'll talk about and taste a variety of fermented foods including kraut, pickles, yogurt, kimchi, miso, tempeh and more. Together we'll make a batch of kraut and you'll take home a jar to ferment at home. You'll leave with the knowledge and confidence to lacto-ferment all sorts of vegetables at home. You will take homea quart jar of Sauerkraut to ferment at home.
