Hands On Gardening Classes
with Jayne Merner Senecal
The best way to learn something is by doing it. Come work in the gardens at Earth Care Farm with our seasoned horticulturist and Earth Care Farm owner, Jayne Merner Senecal from Golden Root Gardening. These 2 hour long, monthly classes will be very hands on. Learn how to make beds, prepare soil, plant seedlings, sow seed, identify weeds, deal with pests, learn weeding techniques, trellising, staking, harvesting, and storing. All organic methods are used. Halfway through each class enjoy a snack made from Earth Care Farm produce. You can pick and choose the classes you are interested in or sign up for the whole series. Maximum of 12 participants in each class.
$28 per class (discount to $25 per class if you sign up for 3 or more).
$200 for the 8-class series. Sign up here!
There is a discount of 10% on compost products for class participants on the day of class.
